Frederick Wojahn-Wimsett is an American-born artist who moved across the Pond in 2011. Since moving from Los Angeles, his style has shifted from tropical poolside murals to refined and detail-oriented interiors. An intuitive sence of color, unique take on nature and exacting eye for detail make his bespoke murals and screens an illuminating backdrop or a defining centerpiece.
Frederick’s work, inspired by 18th-century chinoiserie, has been commissioned for the homes of luminaries including supermodel Kate Moss, musician Jamie Hince and milliner Victoria Grant. It is also found at Christie’s auction house and fashion designer Alice Temperley’s flagship store on London’s Bruton Street, as well as her store in Doha’s luxury shopping destination “The Gate” in Qatar, UAE.
Frederick lives and works in London.
